Can't get more Solid than this!

Solid x DPL from Tristan Adams on Vimeo.

Believe it or not, there is still more Solid bikes videography to showcase, which is pretty awesome since it features none other than Tristan Adams. This basic ass park looks awesome based on the lines these dudes are executing. Can't wait to shred some east bay parks with the biker boys tomorrow!

Solid Saturday

How did Solid Bikes completely dominate this week in web videos? Probably because they didn't drop their entire team, which seems to be the hottest trend in BMX right now. In fact, the Solid army only seems to get stronger, and straight out the gate, OG Gerald and young buck Tanner close out the year with some wild edits to be proud of.

4 Pegs and a Fun Tunnel

The streets just hopped the fence to you're neighborhood skatepark, and already the scooter kids are smoking blunts and shoulder tapping for some High Gravity. I'm glad everything worked out in the end for this splendid Lino Gonzalez approved edit, especially since I heard Mini-Daddy's agent and publicist were a nightmare to work with. I'm loving the Vern edits, the red-Iphone was a good investment for this bunch.

Glory Hole 2013 with Full Frame Collective from WEREHAUS on Vimeo.

Now let's transition to the other half of the Solid Bikes team riding a big smooth transition. There's more than one way to get pitted!

Little Bikes, Big Mac's

In the 1980's, McDonald's took their food to the tabletops in more ways than one! I can't help but think this is exactly what my parents/older people think I do when I say I ride BMX. Could I get some extra motion lotion in my happy meal?

Above, Tristan hangs some tails, tabletops and whoopty-do's, in this all new edit at the dirt track. He may not have won, but he definitely did not lose.

Scuba Duba Do

It's posted #420, so we're giving the honor to Scuba with his new edit for Solid bikes. He demonstrates the hands-free Bluetooth method, although he doesn't have a cellphone.

Backyard Boogie

More like backyard shit your pants! Jackson wrote a sweet article for the Least Most about the crazy ramp set-up of Norcal's most stylish rider, Tristan Adams. Click this link and be impressed. I think I want to ride that spot more than any other skatepark in California, especially considering the current state of the fun spot. Check below for an old video of Tristan killing it and a newer one of some familiar kooks doing the same. Happy Friday morning!

Eureka!

Originally posted on the old Solid Bikes website, this video really stuck with me for some reason. But after Solid re-did their website, I was never able to find it again... until now! It's times like this that I feel like Gus Chiggins, mining for gold. Thanks google!

Frick

What was the first thing you noticed about your ritual visit to Country Clubbin' today? Ok, I'll spoil it for you. No more annoying adult content warning! That's right, after all these years, we (as in I) finally gave in and admitted that we will never have content badass enough to deserve that disclaimer. I'm pretty sure we'll still say "fuck" and occasionally post a picture of a boob, but for now, I feel we just aren't living up to Dirty Midwest's vision of adult content.

Without further ado, my favorite up and comer Tristan Adams proving that he stays low to the ground too. Such a badass, er I mean badbutt!

Stumbled upon this one, and it not only has a clip of me doing a rail to 90, but it also has some trannies treading upon our sacred ground. Just kidding, but somebody might need to get choked out.

Gnarvest Season from Trannytown

Tristan is one of my favorite riders to watch at the moment. And Devon Smillie killed Santa Cruz.

Southwest Showdown

Go to BNQT.com for more videos.

Damn Jake! Talk about an homage to Chris Toth with big kinked rails (that he rode in Ride "Through the Lense" and gnarly falls. Second installment of the Solid Roadtrip by Beerman. Click here if you missed the first.

In other news, Jackson, Anthony, Murph, and I will be meeting with hand-planting wizard, Ryan Fowler, in Austin, Texas. Can you dig it?

It's Good to be Home

Mike Meister Solid Bikes Edit from Dustin Arp on Vimeo.

Figured this was post worthy, as it commemorates my admiration for Solid Bikes as well as Colorado. You can't spell Colorado without RAD! Plus the bank to wall in this video is one of the sweetest spots I've ridden to the date.

Escape from Oakland took place over the weekend, and many thanks to those who put up with me or just hung in there while I traversed the concrete jungle of multiple realities. As Chris San Augustin put it, the backdrop resembled a mix of Waterworld, Mad Max, and Suicide Girls, and the amount of alcohol absorbed into my consciousness was like navigating a map by MC Escher. Part of me wishes I could show you pictures of the madness, but mainly I just want to put it behind me. Props to Kweli, Cheese, and the rest of First Rule for getting us on board that wild ride!

Kerplop!

Solid Bikes: John Ivers from Chris McMahon | SJBMX on Vimeo.

If you can't say OFY to this, then I think this is the wrong internet blogumentary station for you. Thanks to Budman for throwing this up there. and maybe throwing up too, that's always pretty tight to watch.
