Smoke and Mirrors

If everything works as planned and FOX doesn't fuck my schedule up I'll be helping out Coalition in an effort to get some filming and BMXing done around surf city USA, hopefully some good times with a couple turds I haven't rode with in days. A CountryCoalition?

Have Fun... or suffer unthinkable consequences!

You BETTER have fun from Andy Maguire on Vimeo.

I really want to keep edits monthly, and so far I think I've done pretty good. I wanted to make a cheesy disco themed vid that has some more laughable moments in the Country Club video archives. First rails (and attempts), parking garage sessions, and partying with Lando; doesn't everything about BMX rule? And if this video totally sucks in your opinion, there's always this, which should leave you with shit-soaked pants.

Don't Post...

Get whooped. I'm so stoked on the Crazy Chris edit, definitely one of the most entertaining people to ride with period. Nothing but love for this homeboy.

And from our brothers down under, bringing the realness to your Tuesday afternoon. My only question is what happened to DWT part 7? Let's get a SD trip before February.

What if...?

Sometimes I wonder what life would be like had I never ate shit on a BMX and thought it was the most awesome thing in the world. Sometimes I feel like I can't even relate to the world that doesn't believe in the almighty 20" wheel. Thanks to modern technology, we are able to peer into the future and accurately address some of the what-if questions that plague us today.

I was thinking about giving some heartfelt analysis of what it would be like if I quit riding when I came to UCSC, but then I figured I'd let the video speak for itself. I'd like to think that heartfelt and inspirational content is generally frowned upon by this website anyways. Plus I'm sure I've brought it up when I'm drunk or something. So here's what I'd probably be like if my college became my top priority, and my bike was sold on craigslist before September 2004...

Hopefully there will be some bike related content when Smelly, Murph Dawg and I come back from Fresno. Namaste.

Happy FU Year!

Andrew Gobbonus from Charlie Crumlish on Vimeo.

So far, we've gone two days into the new year without a stolen bike! Hooray! With that said, I don't really understand why I would be making a post. But since I know there are CC viewers somewhere in the darkest corners of hell, some new content would be nice.

Andrew Gobbo is rad, and I love posting mutual content before Beerman. The FU crew really seem to know what's up in terms of creative street riding. I may even purchase their new video. I want to get a new CC edit out for the new year, so let's do some handycamming. With sprinkles.
